जसपुर (महानाद) : खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों ने दीपावली त्यौहार के दृष्टिगत बाजार से मावा, पनीर, मिल्क केक, पनीर आदि के नमूने लिए।
खाद्य पदार्थों में चल रही भारी मात्रा में मिलावट के चलते दीपावली त्यौहार को देखते हुए फूड इंस्पेक्टर पवन कुमार ने मिठाई की दुकानों पर छापेमारी करते हुए मिठाइयों के नमूने लेकर जांच के लिए प्रयोगशाला भेज दिया। फूड इंस्पेक्टर द्वारा की गई कार्रवाई से बाजार में हड़कंप मच गया।
फूड इंस्पेक्टर पवन कुमार ने बताया कि दीपावली त्यौहार पर मिलावट खोरी को रोकने के लिए मिठाइयों की दुकानों पर छापेमारी करते हुए सुभाष चौक स्थित दो दुकानों, मेन बाजार, कोतवाली रोड, बाजार स्थित एक दुकान, मेन बाजार, बिसात खाना मार्केट स्थित एक दुकान एवं एक दूध डेरी से मावा, दूध पनीर, एवं मिल्क केक के नमूने लिए हैं। जिन्हें जांच के लिए प्रयोगशाला भेज दिया गया है। मिलावट पाए जाने पर अग्रिम कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
फूड इंस्पेक्टर ने कहा कि त्यौहारों के नजदीक आते ही बाजार में मिठाइयों की दुकानों पर मिलावटी मावा, पनीर आदि से बनी मिठाइयों की बिक्री की जाती है। जिससे बीमारियां होने का खतरा बना रहता है। फूड विभाग द्वारा की गई कार्यवाही से मिठाई के दुकानदारों में हड़कंप मच गया। कई दुकानदार शटर बंद कर इधर- उधर भागते नजर आए।
उन्होंने फूड इंस्पेक्टर पवन कुमार ने कहा कि मिलावट खोरी की रोकथाम हेतु त्यौहारों के मद्देनजर संयुक्त टीम द्वारा छापेमारी कार्यक्रम जारी रहेगा।
