काशीपुर/कुंडा (महानाद) : एक व्यक्ति ने देहरादून निवासी एक व्यक्ति पर उसे फैक्ट्री की जमीन बेचने के नाम पर 80 लाख रुपये ठगने का आरोप लगाया है। कुंडा थाना पुलिस ने तहरीर के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरु कर दी है।
वंश होटल, मुरादाबाद रोड, काशीपुर निवासी रिजवान अली पुत्र बब्बन खान ने सीओ काशीपुर को प्रार्थना पत्र देकर बताया कि उसके पास जी.आर.डी. इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ कॉलेज, राजपुर रोड, देहरादून, उत्तराखण्ड एवं मूल निवासी बी-47, ग्रेटर कैलाश, पार्ट-1 ग्रेटर कैलाश, दक्षिण दिल्ली, दिल्ली निवासी इंदरजीत सिंह पुत्र राजा सिंह ओबराय आया और कहा कि उसके नाम पर एक फैक्ट्री मैसर्स डायमण्ड इन्टरटेनमेन्ट टैक्नोलॉजी प्रा. लि., ग्राम हरियावाला, तहसील काशीपुर, जिला उधम सिंह नगर में है। वह उक्त फैक्ट्री की भूमि को 20 लाख रुपये बीघा की दर से बेचना चाहता है।
रिजवान ने बताया कि इंदरजीत की बातों पर विश्वास करते हुए उसने उससे उक्त जमीन में से साढ़े 5 बीघा जमीन का सौदा किया और सौदे के एवज में दिनांक 15.02.2022 को इंदरजीत की फर्म डायमण्ड इन्टरटेनमेन्ट टैक्नोलॉजी प्रा. लि. के खाते में 20 लाख रुपये, दिनांक 17.02.2022 को 10 लाख रुपये तथा दिनांक 25.02.2022 को 5 लाख रुपये अदा कर दिये तथा किश्तों में 45 लाख रुपये नगद अलग-अलग तिथियों पर इंदरजीत को अदा किये। इस प्रकार कुल 80 लाख रुपये अदा कर दिये तथा शेष धनराशि के लिए बैनामा करने पर अदा करने का वादा किया।
रिजवान ने बताया कि इंदरजीत सिंह द्वारा आज तक उक्त जमीन का बैनामा नहीं किया गया और बार-बार कहने पर इंदरजीत सिंह ने उसे अपने पंजाब एण्ड सिंध बैंक, शाखा देहरादून के खाते के 80 लाख रुपये के चैक दे दिये जो बैंक में प्रस्तुत करने पर दिनांक 15.10.2024 को बाउंस हो गये।
रिजवान ने बताया कि जब उसने उक्त जमीन के संबंध में पता किया तो उक्त आराजी मैसर्स डायमण्ड इन्टरटेनमेन्ट टैक्नोलॉजी प्रा. लि., के नाम दर्ज है, जिसमें मालिक के रूप में इंदरजीत सिंह व उनके पिता राजा सिंह का नाम नहीं है। इंदरजीत सिंह ने उसके साथ धोखाधड़ी कर उसकी रकम ऐंठ ली है।
सीओ के आदेश पर कुंडा थाना पुलिस ने इन्द्रजीत सिंह के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 420 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर मामले की जांच अरविन्द बहुगुणा के सुपुर्द की है।
