दिल्ली (महानाद) : सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को जमानत दे दी। जस्टिस सूर्यकांत और जस्टिस उज्जल भुइयां की बेंच ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को 10-10 लाख रुपये के निजी बॉन्ड पर रिहा करने का आदेश सुनाया है। वहीं उन्होंने यह भी कहा है कि केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी अवैध नहीं थी।

जमानत आदेश पारित करते हुए जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल के मामले के गुण-दोष पर कोई सार्वजनिक टिप्पणी नहीं करेंगे। ईडी मामले में जमानत के समय लगाई गई शर्तें इस मामले में भी लागू होंगी। इस बीच जस्टिस भुइयां ने सीबीआई को लताड़ लगाते हुए कहा कि सीबीआई को पिंजरे में बंद तोते की धारणा को दूर करना चाहिए और दिखाना चाहिए कि वह पिंजरे से बाहर का तोता है। सीबीआई को सीजर की पत्नी की तरह होना चाहिए, संदेह से परे…

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट के 5 अगस्त के उस फैसले को निरस्त कर दिया, जिसमें केजरीवाल की जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी गई थी। सीबीआई ने केजरीवाल को 26 जून 2024 को गिरफ्तार किया था। उन पर गवाहों को प्रभावित करने का आरोप है। जस्टिस सूर्यकांत की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ ने 5 सितंबर को केजरीवाल की याचिकाओं पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। सीबीआई ने इस मामले में आम आदमी पार्टी प्रमुख तथा दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को 26 जून को गिरफ्तार किया था।

आपको बता दें कि ईडी मामले में केजरीवाल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से 12 जुलाई को जमानत मिल गई थी। ऐसे में अब उनके जेल से बाहर आने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। उन्होंने 104 दिन पहले (2 जून 2024) को अंतरिम जमानत की मियाद पूरी होने के बाद सरेंडर कर दिया। उममीद जताई जा रही है कि वे आज ही जेल से बाहर आ सकते हैं।
