महानाद डेस्क : माल एवं सेवा कर (GST) की स्लैब व्यवस्था में सरकार ने बड़ा बदलाव कर दिया है। जीएसटी से संबंधित मामलों की सर्वाेच्च संस्था जीएसटी परिषद की 56वीं बैठक में जीएसटी के सिर्फ 2 स्लैब को मंजूरी दे दी गई। अब सिर्फ 5% और 18% के स्लैब होंगे। इसके अलावा एक नया स्लैब 40% का बढ़ाया गया है। जो केवल लग्जरी आइटम्स पर लागू होगा। वहीं, 12 और 28 प्रतिशत के स्लैब को खत्म कर दिया गया है। ये नई जीएसटी दरें 22 सितंबर 2025 से लागू होंगी।
नए जीएसटी सुधारों के बादे ये चीजें हो जायेंगी सस्ती –
1. रोजमर्रा की वस्तुएं : हेयर ऑयल, शैम्पू, टूथपेस्ट, साबुन, टॉयलेट सोप, दांतों के ब्रश, शेविंग क्रीम, मक्खन, घी, चीज, पैक्ड नमकीन, भुजिया, मिश्रित स्नैक्स, बच्चों की फीडिंग बोतल, नैपकिन और क्लिनिकल डायपर (जीएसटी 18% या 12% से घटकर 5%)
2. खेती से जुड़ी चीजें : ट्रैक्टर और उनके टायर और पार्ट्स, बायो पेस्टिसाइड्स, माइक्रो-न्यूट्रिएंट्स, ड्रिप इरिगेशन सिस्टम, स्प्रिंकलर, मृदा तैयारी और फसल कटाई की मशीनें (जीएसटी 18% या 12% से घटकर 5%)
3. चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं : व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य और जीवन बीमा पर जीएसटी खत्म। थर्मामीटर, मेडिकल ग्रेड ऑक्सीजन, ग्लूकोमीटर, टेस्ट स्ट्रिप्स, डायग्नोस्टिक किट्स और रिएजेंट्स, कॉरेक्टिव चश्मे (जीएसटी 5% या 0%)
4. वाहन : पेट्रोल, पेट्रोल हाइब्रिड, LPG, CNG, डीजल और डीजल हाइब्रिड कारें (कुछ सीमाओं तक), तीन पहिया वाहन, 350 सीसी तक की मोटरसाइकिल, मालवहन वाहन (जीएसटी 28% से घटकर 18%)
5. शिक्षा सामग्री : मानचित्र, चार्ट, ग्लोब, पेंसिल, शार्पनर, क्रेयॉन, पेस्टल, व्यायाम पुस्तकें, नोटबुक, इरेजर (जीएसटी खत्म)
6. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स : एसी, टीवी (32 इंच से ऊपर के LED और LCD सहित), मॉनिटर, प्रोजेक्टर, डिश वॉशिंग मशीन (जीएसटी 28% से घटकर 18%)
ये जीचें हो जायेंगी महंगी?
लग्जरी और हानिकारक वस्तुएं : पान मसाला और तंबाकू जैसे उत्पादों पर फिलहाल 28% जीएसटी और अतिरिक्त सेस लागू रहेगा।
वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि जब तक राज्यों का कर्ज चुकता नहीं होता, तब तक यह व्यवस्था रहेगी। बाद में इन पर 40% जीएसटी लगेगा, लेकिन कोई अतिरिक्त ड्यूटी नहीं होगी।
बड़ी कारें : 1200 सीसी से ज्यादा की पेट्रोल कारों और 1500 सीसी से ज्यादा की डीजल कारों पर 40ø जीएसटी लगेगा।
नई दरों के लागू होने से और क्या राहत मिलेगी?
सरकार ने कारोबारियों के लिए जीएसटी रजिस्ट्रेशन को आसान कर दिया है। अब तीन दिन में रजिस्ट्रेशन मिलेगा, जिससे छोटे व्यापारियों और MSME को फायदा होगा।
