काशीपुर (महानाद): पं. गोविन्द बल्लभ पंत शिक्षा समिति और जीबी पंत इंटर कॉलेज के प्रधानाचार्य के बीच का विवाद थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। आज पूर्व विधायक, भाजपा नेता और हाईकोर्ट के एडवोकेट ने समिति के प्रबंधकों पर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए समिति के चुनाव दोबारा करवाने की मांग की।
पूर्व विधायक राजीव अग्रवाल ने अपने प्रतिष्ठान पर प्रेस वार्ता आयोजित कर कहा कि कुछ दिनों पहले हुआ पं. गोविन्द बल्लभ पंत शिक्षा समिति का चुनाव अवैध है और सरकार को उक्त समिति को भंग कर अपनी देखरेख में चुनाव कराना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिए उन्होंने शिक्षा मंत्री से इसकी शिकायत की थी जिस पर उनके निर्देश पर गठित की गई कमेटी ने उक्त चुनाव की जांच की है। उन्हें पता चला है कि कमेटी ने समिति के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दी है, इसलिए समिति के प्रबंधक बौखला गये हैं और उन पर व अन्य भाजपा नेताओं पर अनर्गल आरोप लगा रहे हैं।
राजीव अग्रवाल ने कहा कि समिति ने करोड़ों का घोटाला किया है। उन्होंने गलत तरीके से विधायक व अन्य सरकारी निधियों से अनुदान लिया है व समिति की संपत्ति को बंधक रख कर लोन भी लिया है। जबकि उप निबंधक फर्म्स सोसायटी तथा चिट्स कोषागार उधम सिंह नगर को शपथपत्र देकर कहा है कि पं. गोविन्द बल्लभ पंत शिक्षा समिति ने राज्य सरकार/केन्द्र सरकार से ऋण व अनुदान नहीं लिया है।
वहीं, वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता राम मेहरोत्रा ने कहा कि समिति ने जीबी पंत कॉलेज के प्रधानाचार्य अजय शंकर कौशिक को संस्पेड कर दिया है, जबकि उनका सस्पेंशन तब तक लागू नहीं होगा जब तक कि शिक्षा विभाग के एडी द्वारा उक्त प्रस्ताव को पास न कर दिया जाये। उन्होंने कहा कि समिति द्वारा शहर के लोगों को मेंबर न बनाकर देश के अलग-अलग कोने से मेंबर बनाये गये हैं। समिति का प्रबंधक भी देहरादून निवासी व्यक्ति को बनाया गया है। वहीं प्रबंधक आये दिन विदेश यात्रा भी करते रहते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि गुड़िया परिवार समिति के माध्यम से समाज का भला करना चाहता है तो उन्हें काशीपुर के लोगों को समिति में मेंबर बनाकर सही तरीके से चुनाव करवाना चाहिए।
राम मेहरोत्रा ने दीपिका गुड़िया के चंद्रावती तिवारी कन्या महाविद्यालय में नौकरी करने पर भी सवाल उठाये कि समिति के अध्यक्ष रहते अध्यक्ष की पुत्री समिति द्वारा संचालित कॉलेज में कैसे नौकरी पा सकती है। उन्होंने उनकी नियुक्ति को अवैध बताया है।
उधर, हाईकोर्ट के अधिवक्ता उदित बंसल ने बताया कि काशीपुर के पूर्व चेयरमैन एवं उनके दादा राम मोहन अग्रवाल पं. गोविन्द बल्लभ पंत शिक्षा समिति के फाउंडर मेंबर तथा संरक्षक थे तथा समिति के पहले प्रबंधक थे। लेकिन समिति के प्रावधान के बावजूद उनके दादा की मृत्यु के बाद उनके वारिसों को समिति का मेंबर नहीं बनाया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि विद्यालय को मान्यता दिलवाने के लिए उनके दादा ने चैती स्थित अपना हिस्सा 1971 में बेच दिया था।
उदित बंसल ने आरोप लगाया कि पं. गोविन्द बल्लभ पंत शिक्षा समिति द्वारा कॉलेज के लिए ली गई जमीन का व्यवसायीकरण करते हुए अवैध रूप से दुकानें बना दीं और किराये पर उठा दीं लेकिन दुकानदारों को किराये की रसीदें न देकर चंदा प्राप्ति की रसीदें दी जाती है तथा नामांतरण के लिए 3 लाख रुपये लिये जा रहे हैं जोकि गलत है।
बंसल ने आइएमटी व लॉ कॉलेज की जमीन को लेकर भी कई तरह के सवाल खड़े करते हुए सरकार से इसकी जांच कराने की मांग की है।
