धान लगाकर घर लौट रहे लोगों पर हमला, तोड़ दिया ऑटो

काशीपुर (महानाद) : धान लगाकर वापिस अपने घर लौट रहे एक व्यक्ति ने कुछ लोगों पर उसके व उसके साथ वालों के साथ मारपीट कर उसका टॉटो तोड़ने का आरोप लगाया है। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरु कर दी है।

कचनाल गाजी, काशीपुर निवासी रामबाबू उर्फ अमित पुत्र श्रीकांत शर्मा ने पुलिस को तहरीर देकर बताया कि दिनांक 27.07.2024 की शाम के लगभग 7ः15 बजे वह पीरूमद्वारा से धान लगाकर अपने टैम्पो से अपने घर आ रहे थे। तभी हैप्पी और हरमन निवासी कचनाल गाजी ने उन्हें पुलिया के पास रोककर मारपीट शुरू कर दी। उसके बाद दोनों पक्षों का मामला शांत हो गया।

रामबाबू ने बताया कि उसके बाद जब वे लोग घर जा रहे थे तब हैप्पी, हरमन, दीपू, अभय, टोनी और उसके पापा बलबीर आदि ने चक्की के सामने दोबारा उन्हें रोककर उनके साथ लाठी डंडों से मारपीट शुरू कर दी। जिसमें सूरज पाले के चोट लगी है, रेखा देवी का हाथ टूट गया और निरोतम के सिर पर गहरी चोट आयी है, जिसमें पांच टाके आए हैं और उसके (रामबाबू) के सिर पर गहरी चोट लगी है। उसने बताया कि उक्त लोगों ने उनके साथ की महिलाओं के साथ भी गलत हरकत की और बदतमीजी से पेश आये। उक्त लोगों ने उनका ऑटो भी तोड़ दिया।

रामबाबू की तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने उक्त लोगों के खिलाफ बीएनएस की धारा 115(2), 126(2), 191(2), 351(2) तथा 352 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर मामले की जांच एसआई देवेन्द्र सिंह सामंत के सुपुर्द की है।
