काशीपुर (महानाद) : एक व्यक्ति ने 4 युवकों पर उसके पुत्र को घेरकर चाकू व कड़े से हमला कर घायल करने का आरोप लगाया है। पुलिस ने तहरीर के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्जकर जांच शुरु कर दी है।
दुर्गा कालोनी, काशीपुर निवासी संजय शर्मा पुत्र रामगोपाल शर्मा ने पुलिस को तहरीर देकर बताया कि उनका पुत्र वंश शर्मा उदय राज हिंदू इंटर कॉलेज, काशीपुर में कक्षा 12वीं का विद्यार्थी है। विगत कुछ महीनों से वंश की पहचान जसपुर खुर्द निवासी अयान से थी जो कि उनकी कॉलोनी में अक्सर आता-जाता रहता था। बातचीत बढ़ने पर उन्हें पता चला कि उक्त अयान आपराधिक किस्म का व्यक्ति है तथा अपने साथियों के सहारे मारपीट, चोरी आदि में शामिल रहता है जिसके चलते उन्होंने अपने पुत्र को उक्त अयान से दूरी बनाने को कहा था। वंश ने अयान से दूरी बनाई तो वह उससे नाराज हो गया और आते-जाते वंश से झगड़ा करने का प्रयास करने लगा। लेकिन वंश किसी तरह स्वयं को झगड़े से बचाता रहा।
संजय शर्मा ने बताया कि दिनांक 28 अगस्त 2024 को सायं करीब 6ः40 बजे जब वंश अपने ट्यूशन से वापिस अपने घर लौट रहा था तो उक्त अयान कॉलोनी के पास स्थित बाग के किनारे अपने 2-3 साथियों के साथ खड़ा था उसने वंश को देखकर उसे रोक लिया और वंश के गले में बाइक की चाभी लगाकर गला दबाते हुए बोला बेटे अभी तो तेरी कॉलोनी में खड़े हैं, इसीलिए अभी तू बच रहा है लेकिन चिंता मत कर जल्दी ही तुझे अंजाम देखने को मिलेगा। उक्त अयान ने वंश को दो-तीन थप्पड़ मारकर वहां से भगा दिया। लड़ाई झगड़े से बचने के लिए वंश ने यह बात अपने घर पर नहीं बताई और उक्त घटना को नजरंदाज कर दिया।
संजय ने बताया कि दिनांक 30.08.2024 को दोपहर करीब 1 बजे विद्यालय की छुट्टी के बाद जब वंश स्कूल से अपने घर लौट रहा था तो रास्ते में पॉलीटेक्निक कॉलेज के साथ वाली गली के मोड़ पर पीछे से तीन बाइक सवार अचानक से आए और अपनी बाइक आगे लगाकर वंश को रोक लिया। जैसे ही वंश रुका उक्त बाइक सवार गौतम, आयुष एवं एक अज्ञात व्यक्ति उसे गंदी-गंदी गालियां देते हुए यह कहने लगे कि काशीपुर में रहेगा और अयान से दुश्मनी करेगा, अब रुक तुझे दूसरी दुनियां की सैर कराते हैं और जान से मारने की नीयत से उसके पुत्र पर एक साथ टूट पड़े व अपने साथ लाए चाकू और कड़े से उस पर ताबड़तोड़ वार कर दिए, जब वंश जमीन पर गिर कर बेहोश हो गया और उसके सिर, मुंह और हाथ से खून निकलने लगा तो उक्त तीनों वंश को मरा सोचकर वहां से भाग गए। उसके मौसेरे भाई ने जैसे-तैसे उसे वहां से उठाया और थोड़ा होश में आने पर आस-पास मौजूद लोगों के कहने पर पुलिस चौकी ले गया और परिजनों को इस घटना की जानकारी दी।
संजय शर्मा ने कहा कि उक्त अयान द्वारा अपने साथियों को भेजकर उसके पुत्र को जान से मारने का प्रयास किया गया है जिसके चलते वह और उसका परिवार अत्यधिक भयभीत है। उन्होंने उकत लोगों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाइ्र करने की मांग की है।
संजय शर्मा की तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने गौतम, आयुष, नवीन और अयान के विरुद्ध बीएनएस की धारा 115(2), 117, 351(2), 352 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर मामले की जांच एसआई चित्रगुप्त के हवाले की है।
