जसपुर (महानाद) : एक व्यक्ति ने एक एजेंट पर उसे विदेश (अमेरिका) भेजने का सपना दिखाकर 11.5 लाख रुपये हड़पने का आरोप लगाया है। पुलिस ने एजेंट के खिलाफ बीएनएस की विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरु कर दी है।
आवास विकास, हल्द्वानी निवासी पूरन चंद्र पांडेय पुत्र नित्यानंद पांडेय ने सिविल जज/न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट जसपुर की अदालत में प्रार्थन पत्र देकर बताया कि उसकी आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक न होने के कारण उसने व उसके परिजनों ने उसे विदेश में जाकर कारोबार करके भरण पोषण करने की योजना बनाई।
पूरन चंद्र ने बताया कि इसी दौरान उसके मित्र हृदयेश सिंह ने उसकी मुलाकात मौहल्ला भूप सिंह, गन्दा नाला, निकट सक्को वाली मस्जिद, जसपुर निवासी सुधीर कुमार पुत्र रघुवीर सिंह से करवाई। सुधीर कुमार साजिशपूर्ण तरीके से एवं योजनाबद्ध होकर उसे अपनी मीठी-मीठी बातों के प्रलोभन में लेकर बताया कि वह लोगों को विदेश में भेजकर अच्छे व्यवसाय में लगवाकर मोटी कमाई करवाता है तथा उसे अमेरिका में कम खर्च पर भेजने तथा उचित रोजगार के अवसर दिलाकर ज्यादा मुनाफा कमाने का लालच दिया।
पूरन चंद्र ने बताया कि वह सुधीर कुमार की मीठी-मीठी बातों में आ गया तथा सुधीर कुमार ने उसे विदेश भेजने के लिए मई 2020 में 11 लाख रुपये कुन्दन सिंह व उसकी पत्नी के समक्ष ले लिये। इस दौरान उक्त सुधीर कुमार साजिशपूर्ण तरीके से कुछ कागजातों के अवलोकन एवं लेनदेन हेतु उसके घर आता जाता रहा तथा अपने मोबाईल फोन पर बार-बात करता रहा।
पूरन चंद्र ने बताया कि उससे 11 लाख रुपये लेने के उपरान्त भी लम्बे समय तक सुधीर कुमार ने उसे अमेरिका या अन्य किसी देश का कोई वीजा नहीं दिलवाया। जब उसने सुधीर कुमार पर रुपये वापस करने का दबाव बनाया तो जून, 2022 में सुधीर कुमार ने उसे बताया कि तुम्हारा अमेरिका का वीजा स्वीकृत हो गया है, लेकिन तुम्हें 50 हजार रुपये और देने होंगे, जिस पर उसने उसे 50 हजार रुपये और दे दिये। 11,50,000 रुपये लेने के बाद भी सुधीर कुमार वीजा कार्ड देने के लिए टाल मटोल करने लगा।
पूरन चंद्र ने बताया कि जब उसने सुधीर के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही करने को कहा तो सुधीर कुमार द्वारा संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका का वीजा कार्ड जो दिनांक 23.08.2025 को जारी हुआ था उसके सुपुर्द कर दिया, संदेह होने पर उसने वीजा कार्ड की जांच कराई तो वह यह जानकर अत्यन्त हतप्रभ रह गया कि उक्त सुधीर कुमार द्वारा धोखाधड़ी करते हुए बेईमानीपूर्वक उसे कूटरचित वीजा कार्ड उपलब्ध कराया है।
पूरन चंद्र ने बताया कि उक्त वीजा कार्ड संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका से जारी नहीं हुआ था, जिसको कूटरचित तरीके से स्वंय सुधीर कुमार द्वारा ही तैयार किया गया है तथा उक्त सुधीर कुमार द्वारा उसे विदेश भेजने के नाम पर धोखा देकर उसके 11.50 लाख रुपये बेईमानीपूर्वक हड़प कर लिये गये हैं, जिस कारण वह और उसका पूरा परिवार सदमे में है। उसने सुधीर कुमार के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाहीकरउसके पैसे वापिस दिलाये जाने की मांग की है।
कोर्ट के आदेश पर कोतवाली जसपुर पुलिस ने पूरन चंद्र की तहरीर के आधार पर सुधीर कुमार के खिलाफ बीएनएस की धारा 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर मामले की जांच एसआई संतोश देवरानी के हवाले की है।
