जसपुर : नशा तस्करों के हौंसले बुलंद, नशे की शिकायत करने पर ‘नशेड़ियों की बुआ’ की पुत्री व पुत्र ने युवक को दी जान से मारने की धमकी

जसपुर (महानाद) : जसपुर में नशा तस्करों के हौंसले इतने बुलंद हो गये हैं कि ‘नशेड़ियों की बुआ’ कहलाने वाली लीलावती और उसकी पुत्री व पुत्र ने नशे की शिकायत करने वाले युवक को जान से मारने की धमकी दे डाली। युवक की तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरु कर दी हैं। वहीं ‘नशेड़ियों की बुआ’ विगत 6 जनवरी को नशे की गोलियों व कैप्सूल के साथ जेल भेजी जा चुकी है।

मौ. नत्था सिंह,जसपुर निवासी हिरदेश कुमार उर्फ विक्की कश्यप पुत्र जागन सिंह ने पुलिस को तहरीर देकर बताया कि उसके घर के सामने स्मैक व गांजे और नशीले पदार्थों के व्यापार को करने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या अधिक हो गई है, जिससे उसके शहर तथा मौहल्ले का वातावरण प्रदूषित हो गया है। इस नशे के कारोबार से बहुत अधिक संख्या में नवयुवक व नाबालिग बच्चे प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। इस संबंध में उसने कई बार शिकायत की तथा मुख्यमंत्री पोर्टल पर भी प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत किया। उसके द्वारा मांग की गई थी कि मौहल्ला नत्था सिंह में स्मैक व गांजे के अवैध व्यापार को रोकने के लिए पुलिस कांस्टेबल की तैनाती की जाये पर उस पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई।

हिरदेश ने बताया कि उपरोक्त अवैध कारोबार में संलिप्त महिला की पुत्री सोनी देवी पत्नी मनोज कुमार उसे डरा व धमका रहे हैं कि तू ऐसी शिकायत बहुत करता है। तुझे जान से मरवा देंगे या झूठ में किसी छेड़छाड़ के मुकदमे में फंसवा देंगे तथा तेरे घर में झूठे तरीके से गांजा व स्मैक रखकर फंसवा देंगे। जिस पर उसने डायल 112 पर सूचना दी कि कुछ व्यक्ति मेरे घर पर आकर मुझे जान से मारने व झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाने की धमकी दे रहे हैं, तब चीता पुलिस जसपुर थाने से आई थी।

हिरदेश ने बताया कि दिनांक 5.1.2024 की रात्रि के समय करीब 1 बजे वह अपने घर पर सोया हुआ था, तभी गांजे व स्मैक में संलिप्त महिला नीलम देवी उर्फ लीलावती उर्फ बुआ का पुत्र रवि कुमार पुत्र पृथ्वी सिंह उसके घर पर लाठी लेकर गंदी-गदी गलियां देते हुए आये और कहने लगे कि तू साले आज बाहर निकल तुझे आज हम जान से ही खत्म कर देंगे और कहते हुए कि तू हमारे खिलाफ बहुत शिकायतें करता है आज हम तुझे बता कर ही रहेंगे, उसके गेट पर लाठी से प्रहार करते रहा। तभी उसी के परिवार वालों ने आकर उसे रोका। तब भी वह जाते-जाते धमकी दे गया कि आज तो तू बच गया है, मौका मिलने पर हम तुझे किसी छेड़छाड़ व गाजे या स्मैक के झूठे मुकदमे में फंसवा देंगे, नहीं तो जान से मरवा देंगे या तुझे मैं अपनी जेसीबी के नीचे कुचल दूंगा। उसने उक्त लोगों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

हिरदेश की तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने सोना देवी व रवि कुमार के खिलाफ धारा 504, 506 आईपीसीके तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर मामले की जांच एसआई कौशल सिंह भाकुनी के हवाले की है।
