न्याय : रेप के झूठे केस में फंसाने वाली युवती काटेगी 4 साल की सजा, मुआवजे में देगी 5 लाख 88 हजार

बरेली (महानाद) : एक युवक को रेप के झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाने वाली युवती को कोर्ट ने 4 साल की सजा और पीड़ित युवक को 5 लाख 88 हजार रुपये का मुआवजा देने का हुक्म सुनाया है।

दरअसल, एक युवती ने अजय उर्फ राघव रेप का आरोप लगाया था। मामले में पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी अजय को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज यिा था। पिछले 4 सालों से अजय जेल में बंद था। अब कोर्ट में साबित हो गया कि युवती के आरोप झूठे थे। क्योंकि अदालत में गवाही के दौरान युवती मुकर गई। पहले उसने कहा था कि वह अनपढ़ है और पढ़ना लिखना नहीं जानती लेकिन फिर जब हस्ताक्षर करने का नंबर आया तो उसने अपने हस्ताक्षर अंग्रेजी में किये। जिसके बाद जज साहब समझ गए कि युवती झूठ बोल रही है और वह अजय को जानबूझकर फंसाना चाहती है। जिसके बाद जज साहब ने अजय को तो दोषमुक्त करार दे दिया दिया लेकिन आरोप लगाने वाली युवती को उतने ही दिन की सजा सुनाई है, जितनी कि अजय जेल में रहकर भुगत चुका है।

वहीं, कोर्ट ने अजय को को झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाने वाली युवती पर आर्थिक जुर्माना लगाते हुए कहा कि यदि अजय जेल के बाहर रहता तो मजदूरी करते हुए 5 लाख 88 हजार से ज्यादा रुपए कमा लेता, इसलिए उक्त रकम आराप लगाने वाली युवती वसूल कर अजय को दी जाए। यदि युवती उक्त धनराशि नहीं देती है तो उसे 6 महीने की अतिरिक्त सजा भुगतनी होगी।

मामले की जानकारी देते हुए अजय उर्फ राघव ने बताया कि सन 2019 में सावन का प्रोग्राम चल रहा था, तब युवती की बड़ी बहन नीतू उसके पास प्रोग्राम के लिए आई थी। जिसके लिए वह उनके साथ प्रोग्राम में जाने लगा। दोनों जहां भी प्रोग्राम में जाते थे, नीतू के पति साथ में रहते थे। एक दिन वह युवती के घर पर बता कर गया कि उसकी मम्मी की तबीयत खराब है। उसी दिन युवती गायब हो गई और बाद में उसने कह दिया कि वह उस दिन उसके (अजय) के साथ थी।

जिसके बाद उसके खिलाफ अपहरण व दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज कर जेल भेज दिया गया। उक्त युवती ने उसका करियर खराब कर दिया। लेकिन कोर्ट ने भी एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया है कि, जितने दिन की सजा मैंने जेल में काटी है उतने दिन की सजा अब उस युवती को भी काटनी होगी और जुर्माना भी देना होगा।
