बड़ा फैसला : कोर्ट ने दी ज्ञानवापी के तहखाने में पूजा करने की इजाजत

वाराणसी (महानाद) : ज्ञानवापी मामले में अपने अधिकार की लड़ाई लड़ रहे हिंदू समाज को आज बड़ी सफलता हाथ लगी है। वाराणसी डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट ने ज्ञानवापी के तहखाने में नियमित पूजा करने की हिंदू समुदाय की मांग मंजूर कर ली है। कोर्ट ने सरकार को आदेश दिया है कि वह 7 दिन के अंदर ज्ञानवापी के तहखाने में व्यास परिवार को नियमित पूजा करवाने की व्यवस्था करे।

वहीं, कोर्ट में हिंदू पक्ष का प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहे वकील विष्णु शंकर जैन ने कहा कि सात दिनों के भीतर पूजा शुरू हो जाएगी। सभी लोगों को पूजा करने का अधिकार होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि कि कानूनी काम हमने पूरा किया है। अब 7 दिन के अंदर तहखाने में पूजा शुरू हो जाएगी। पुजारी व भक्तों दोनों को तहखाने के अंदर जाने की इजाजत होगी। यह इस केस का एक ऐतिहासिक ऑर्डर है।

आपको बता दें कि हिंदू पक्ष ने कोर्ट में अर्जी देकर सोमनाथ व्यास परिवार को तहखाने में पूजा पाठ करने की अनुमति मांगी थी। सोमनाथ व्यास परिवार वर्ष 1993 तक तहखाने में नियमित रूप से पूजा पाठ करता रहा था। लेकिन वर्ष 1993 के बाद तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री मुलायम सिंह यादव के आदेश पर तहखाने को बंद कर बैरिकेडिंग कर दी गई थी और पूजा बंद करवा दी गई थी।

लंबी अदालती लड़ाई के पचात सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर एएसआई ने ज्ञानवापी परिसर का सर्वे किया था। इस दौरान तहखाने की साफ-सफाई करवाकर 17 जनवरी 2024 को जिला प्रशासन ने उसे कोर्ट के आदेश पर सील करके अपने कब्जे में ले लिया था। अब जिला अदालत ने जिला प्रशासन को आदेश दिया है कि वह 7 दिन के दिन के अंदर तमाम बाधाओं को दूर करके व्यास परिवार को नियमित पूजा करवाने का अधिकार बहाल करे।

हिंदू पक्ष के दूसरे वकील मदन मोहन यादव ने बताया कि जिला न्यायाधीश अजय कृष्ण विश्वेश की अदालत ने तहखाने में पूजा पाठ करने का अधिकार व्यास जी के नाती शैलेन्द्र पाठक को दे दिया है। प्रशासन सात दिन के अंदर पूजाकृपाठ कराने की व्यवस्था करेगा और पूजा कराने का कार्य काशी विश्वनाथ ट्रस्ट करेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि ज्ञानवापी के सामने बैठे नंदी महाराज के सामने से रास्ता खोला जाएगा। वकील मदन मोहन यादव ने बताया कि अदालत ने ज्ञानवापी परिसर स्थित व्यास जी के तहखाने में हिंदुओं को पूजाकृपाठ करने की अनुमति दे दी है।

ज्ञानवापी मामले पर आज आए फैसले पर रामजन्म भूमि के मुख्य पुजारी सत्येंद्र दास ने खुशी जताते हुए कहा कि जो सत्य था वही सत्य रहेगा। अब पूजा होगी। पूजा रोका जाना गलत था। बहुत प्रसन्नता और आनंद है।

वहीं, डिस्ट्रक्ट कोर्ट का फैसला आने पर मुस्लिम पक्ष ने इस मामले में हाईकोर्ट जाने की बात कही है। जिस पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए ज्ञानवापी मामले में हिंदू पक्ष के वकील विष्णु शंकर जैन ने कहा, अगर वो हाई कोर्ट जाते हैं तो हम भी वहां मौजूद रहेंगे। हम वहां कैवियट दाखिल करेंगे, जिससे हमारी बात सुने बिना कोर्ट एकतरफा फैसला न जारी कर दे। इस बारे में हमारी पूरी तैयारी है।
