नई दिल्ली (महानाद) : दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तारी का डर सता रहा है। लोअर कोर्ट से राहत न मिलने बाद अब केजरीवाल ने हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया है।

केजरीवाल ने हाईकोर्ट से अपील की है कि वे ईडी के सवालों का सामना करने को तैयार हैं लेकिन कोर्ट ईडी को आदेश दे कि वह उन्हें गिरफ्तार नहीं करेगी।

बता दें कि शबरा व जल घोटाले में ईडी दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल को पूछताछ हेतु 9 सम्मन भेज चुकी है। लेकिल केजरीवाल एक बार भी ईडी के सामने पेश नहीं हुए हैं। आज फिर उन्हें ईडी ने पेश होने के लिए सम्मन दिया है इसी के खिलाफ उन्होंने आज हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया है।
