टनकपुर (महानाद): उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट ने टनकपुर राजकीय डिग्री कॉलेज के छात्रसंघ चुनाव में अध्यक्ष पद के उम्मीदवार की घोषणा पर रोक लगा दी है। न्यायमूर्ति राकेश थपलियाल की एकलपीठ ने छात्रसंघ के सभी पदों पर मतदान की अनुमति देते हुए अध्यक्ष को छोड़ अन्य में काउंटिंग कर घोषणा करने के आदेश दिये हैं।

आपको बता दें कि टनकपुर राजकीय डिग्री कॉलेज के चुनाव में अध्यक्ष पद के दावेदार दीपक बेलवाल और भास्कर जोशी का निर्वाचन पत्र अवैध घोषित किया गया। जिससे एनएसयूआई और युवक कांग्रेस के पदाधिकारी और कार्यकर्ता भड़क गए और युवक कांग्रेस जिलाध्यक्ष विनोद बड़ेला की अगुवाई में धरने में बैठ गए। पूर्व विधायक हेमेश खर्कवाल ने भी मौके पर पहुंच कर धरना दे रहे छात्रों को समर्थन दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया में घनघोर धांधली बरती गई है। इसके बाद उन्होंने सोमवार को हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया। जिस पर सुनवाई करतेहुए न्यायमूर्ति राकेश थपलियाल की एकलपीठ ने छात्रसंघ के सभी पदों पर मतदान की अनुमति देते हुए अध्यक्ष को छोड़ अन्य में काउंटिंग कर घोषणा करने के आदेश दिये हैं।

राजकीय डिग्री कॉलेज, टनकपुर की प्राचार्या डॉ. अनुपमा तिवारी ने बताया कि समूची चुनाव प्रक्रिया नियमों के तहत की गई है। अध्यक्ष प्रत्याशी भास्कर जोशी के प्रस्तावक द्वारा प्रस्ताव वापस लिए जाने से नामांकन निरस्त हुआ। दूसरे प्रत्याशी राजेंद्र प्रसाद कोहली का नामांकन पत्र छात्रसंघ संविधान के बिंदु संख्या पांच के तहत खारिज किया गया है। वैध प्रत्याशियों की सूची शनिवार को जारी नहीं करने की वजह सुधार परीक्षा परिणाम आने में देरी रहा।

वहीं, एसडीएम ट्रेट आकाश जोशी ने शांति भंग की आशंका के मद्देनजर दोनों पक्षों के नौ लोगों दीपक बेलवाल, नीरज मिश्रा, राजेंद्र प्रसाद कोहली, सौरभ गिरि, भास्कर जोशी, राजेंद्र सिंह, हर्षित शर्मा, मोहम्मद हारून और सनी यादव को निरुद्ध किया है।
