नहटौर (बिजनौर) : हौंसला और ड्यूटी के प्रति कर्तव्यनिष्ठा निभाते हुए एक प्रधानाचार्य ने अपने दो सहायक अध्यापकों के साथ मिलकर उच्च प्राथमिक स्कूल इब्राहिमपुर सादो की शिक्षा और व्यवस्था की ऐसी तस्वीर बदली कि स्कूल में बच्चों की संख्या 35 से बढ़कर 188 हो गई। लोगों ने अपने बच्चों को प्राइवेट स्कूलों से निकालकर सरकारी स्कूल में दाखिला करा दिया। जब एडमिशन के लिए मारामारी मची तो तो स्कूल के बाहर ‘नो एडमिशन’ तक का बोर्ड लगाना पड़ा।
बता दें कि नहटौर ब्लॉक के गांव इब्राहिमपुर सादो उर्फ अलीनगर के उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय में बच्चों की संख्या क्षमता से अधिक होने पर स्कूल के बाहर ‘नो एडमिशन’ का बोर्ड लगा दिया गया है। उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय के बाहर नो एडमिशन का बोर्ड लगा होने की बात पर शायद यकीन करना मुश्किल हो, लेकिन विद्यालय के प्रभारी प्रधानाचार्य रामअवतार सिंह ने यह सच कर दिखाया है। दो सहायक अध्यापकों मुनीश कुमार व बीना ऋषि के साथ मिलकर ऐसी शिक्षा और व्यवस्था बनाई कि स्कूल में बच्चों की संख्या 35 से बढ़कर 188 हो गई और ब्लॉक का एकमात्र इंग्लिश मीडियम उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय बन गया। शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता देखकर अभिभावकों ने अपने बच्चों को सरकारी विद्यालय में भेजना शुरू कर दिया।
गांव के शमा, सलीम अहमद, अनवार, साजिया, पूर्व ग्राम प्रधान इसरार अहमद आदि ने बताया कि स्कूल में प्राइवेट स्कूलों से भी अच्छी शिक्षा दी जा रही है। इसी को लेकर अब गांव के बच्चे प्राइवेट स्कूलों से हटकर उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय में शिक्षा ग्रहण कर रहे हैं। यहां से निकले छात्र दसवीं कक्षाओं में भी अच्छा प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं।
प्रभारी प्रधानाचार्य रामअवतार सिंह ने बताया कि उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय में कक्षा 6 में 60 बच्चे, कक्षा 7 में 57 और कक्षा 8 में 71 बच्चे हैं। विद्यालय में तीन ही कमरे हैं। क्षमता के अनुरूप ही प्रवेश लिए जा सकते हैं। इसीलिए अब प्रवेश बंद करने पड़े हैं।
विदित हो कि उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय इब्राहिमपुर सादो उर्फ अली नगर की तस्वीर चार वर्ष पूर्व कुछ अलग ही थी। विद्यालय में मात्र 35 बच्चे थे। विद्यालय की बागडोर राम अवतार सिंह के हाथों में आई। उन्होंने अपने दो सहायक अध्यापकों के साथ मिलकर सबसे पहले उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय की भूमि पर अवैध कब्जे को हटवाते हुए विद्यालय की सूरत बदलनी शुरू की। उन्होंने विद्यालय में संचालित कक्षा छह से आठ तक तीनों कक्षाओं को स्मार्ट क्लास बनाना शुरू किया। इसमें उन्होंने सामाजिक सहयोग व अपने योगदान से इन स्मार्ट क्लासों को बनाकर उनमें एलईडी लगवाई। विद्यालय में एलईडी के अलावा सीसीटीवी कैमरे, बहु गतिविधियां कक्ष स्थापित किया।
प्राइवेट विद्यालयों की तरह ही उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय में भी ऐसी व्यवस्थाओं को विकसित किया गया और शिक्षा के प्रति ग्रामीणों को जागरूक करते हुए उन्हें प्रोत्साहित किया गया। उन्हें अच्छी शिक्षा का भरोसा दिलाया गया। स्मार्ट क्लास के माध्यम से बच्चों को शिक्षा देनी शुरू की, जिससे उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय में बच्चों की संख्या बढ़ी।
वर्ष 2019 में बिजनौर में आयोजित परिषदीय क्रीड़ा प्रतियोगिता में जनपद स्तर पर 16 एवं मंडल स्तर पर आठ बच्चों ने गोल्ड मेडल जीते हैं। विद्यालय में एक लैब विकसित की गई, जिसमें बच्चे गतिविधियों के माध्यम से नए-नए प्रोजेक्ट तैयार करने में लगे। प्रधानाचार्य ने स्कूल के 7 बच्चों की स्वास्थ्य विभाग के नाम से एक टीम बनाई। जिनको बिजनौर के एक निजी अस्पताल में ट्रेनिंग दिलाई गई। ये बच्चे फर्स्ट ऐड के लिए एक्सपर्ट किए गए।
कोरोना काल मे भी शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता को बनाए रखने की व्यवस्था की गई। एक प्रेरणा साथी टीम बनाई गई। जिसमें अमनदीप सिंह, सिमरन कौर, फातिमा, हिना, आफरीन के साथ मिलकर बच्चों को घर पर ही पढ़ाने के बारे में जानकारी दी गई। मौहल्ला कक्षा संचालित की गईं।
वर्ष 2020 में रामअवतार सिंह को एआरपी बनाकर दूसरे ब्लॉक में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया। जिसके लिए दर्जनों बच्चे अभिभावकों को लेकर बीएसए कार्यालय पहुंच गए और शिक्षक को दोबारा विद्यालय में भेजने की मांग रखी। जिसके बाद उन्हें दोबारा उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय में भेज दिया गया।
