अमरोहा (महानाद) : पुलिस ने सर्राफ और उसकी बेटी की हत्या का खुलासा करते हुए मृतक सर्राफ के पुत्र, उसकी पत्नी और नौकर को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया। पुलिस के अनुसार मृतक सर्राफ का बेटा इशांक अग्रवाल गोद ली हुई बहन सृष्टि से खफा रहता था। उसे यही लगता था कि पिता योगेश चंद्र अग्रवाल की मौत के बाद उसकी प्रोपर्टी में बराबर की हिस्सेदार बन जाएगी। उसे यह भी शक था कि उसके पिता कहीं सारी संपत्ति सृष्टि के नाम न कर दें।

रविवार को मामले का खुलासा करते हुए एसपी कुंवर अनुपम सिंह ने बताया कि मौहल्ला कटरा गुलाम अली में रहने वाले सर्राफ योगेश चंद्र अग्रवाल और उनके पुत्र इशांक अग्रवाल के बीच संपत्ति को लेकर विवाद चल रहा था। इशांक अग्रवाल अपने हिस्से के मकान को बेचकर दिल्ली में शिफ्ट होना चाहता था, लेकिन योगेश चंद्र अग्रवाल उसे उसका हिस्सा नहीं दे रहे थे। वहीं वे अपनी बहू मानसी अग्रवाल के साथ भी अच्छा व्यवहार नहीं था। एसपी ने बताया कि इशांक अपने पिता को पसंद नहीं करता था। इसी कारण लगभग 2.5 साल पहले योगेश अग्रवाल ने उसे अपनी ज्वैलरी की दुकान पर बैठाना बंद कर दिया था। जिसके बाद इशांक दिल्ली में रहकर गत्ते की फैक्टरी चलता था। जिसके लिए उसके पिता ने उसे 40 लाख रुपये दिए थे। इशांक को शक था कि उसके पिता अपनी सारी संपत्ति अपनी गोद ली हुई बेटी सृस्टि के नाम कर देंगे।

इस सबसे आहत होकर इशांक ने अपने पिता योगेश चंद्र अग्रवाल और बहन सृष्टि की हत्या करने की योजना बनाई। हत्या करने के लिए उसने अपनी दिल्ली स्थित फैक्टरी में काम करने वाले नौकर अनिल गंगवार को पैसों का लालच देकर अपने घर बुलाया और फिर अपनी पत्नी मानसी व नौकर के साथ मिलकर पिता योगेश चंद्र अग्रवाल और बहन सृष्टि की दरांती से गला रेत कर हत्या कर दी। एसपी ने बताया की हत्यारोपी इशांक अग्रवाल, उसकी पत्नी मानसी अग्रवाल और बरेली जनपद के नवाबगंज थानाक्षेत्र के गांव जोरा मकरंदपुर निवासी अनिल गंगवार को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय में पेश कर जेल भेज दिया गया है।

एसपी कुंवर अनुपम सिंह ने बताया कि इस दोहरे हत्याकांड के खुलासे में फॉरेंसिक टीम ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। फॉरेंसिक टीम ने घटनास्थल से इशांक के हत्यारे होने के काफी सबूत इकट्ठा कर लिए थे। फील्ड यूनिट द्वारा साइंटिफिक सबूतों के रूप में खून में सने कपडे़, जूता, चप्पल बरामद किए, जिन्हें वाशिंग मशीन में धोया गया था।

एसपी ने बताया कि हत्यारे बेटे की निशानदेही पर पुलिस ने हत्या में प्रयुक्त दंराती, मृतक योगेश अग्रवाल की 6 अंगूठी और 1 गले की चैन, लगभग 300 मिली सैनेटाईजर खून के निशान साफ करने में प्रयुक्त, खून साफ करने में प्रयुक्त तकिये के कवर, तकिये की रुई, इशांक अग्रवाल का खून से सना लोअर, मानसी की खुन से सनी कुर्ती जिन्हें वाशिंग मशीन में धोया गया था। मानसी अग्रवाल की खून लगी चप्पल, आरोपी इशांक के खून लगे जूते और मृतकों के दो मोबाइल फोन और घटना में प्रयुक्त दस्ताने बरामद कर लिए हैं।

हत्याकांड का खुलासा करने वाली टीम में इंस्पेक्टर सनोज प्रताप सिंह, इंस्पेक्टर क्राइम प्रमोद कुमार, एसएसआई प्रवीन्द्र मलिक, एसआई दिनेश कुमार, हेड कांस्टेबल सुधीर कुमार, कांस्टेबल संदीप कुमार, दीपक कुमार, देवेन्द्र कुमार, मोहित कुमार, महिला हेड कांस्टेबल सविता यादव, कांस्टेबल मन्जू, बिजेंद्र मलिक प्रभारी सर्विलांस सेल, रमेश सहरावत प्रभारी एसओजी टीम, हेड कांस्टेबल गौरव शर्मा सर्विलांस सेल, वाजिद अली एसओजी, प्रवेश कुमार बर्मन सर्विलांस सेल, कांस्टेबल अरविन्द शर्मा सर्विलांस सेल, लवी चौधरी सर्विलांस सेल, राकेश एसओजी टीम, कमल सर्विलांस सेल, शिवांक विशेष टीम, आशीष कुमार एसओजी टीम, अंकुर कुमार विशेष टीम, कृष्णवीर सिंह एसओजी टीम शामिल रहे।

मामले का खुलासा करने वाली टीम को एसपी ने 25 हजार रुपये का इनाम दिया है।
