जसपुर (महानाद) : पुलिस ने शुगर मिल नादेही के मुख्य अभियंता के घर हुई चोरी का खुलासा करते हुए एक चोर को चोरी के माल सहित गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
मामले का खुलासा करते हुए एसएसपी उधम सिंह नगर डॉ. मंजूनाथ टिसी ने बताया कि नादेही शुगर मिल के मुख्य अभियंता अभिषेक कुमार पुत्र चिरंजीव ने बताया कि वह किसान सहकारी चीनी मिल नादेही में मुख्य अभियन्ता के पद पर कार्यरत हैं तथा मिल के अन्दर ही बने आवास सं. ए-1 में निवास करते हैं। उनका परिवार बाजपुर चीनी मिल में रहता है। कभी-कभी उनकी पत्नी बच्चों को लेकर यहां नादेही मिल में आ जाती है, तथा कभी वह ड्यूटी के उपरान्त बाजपुर परिवार के पास चले जाते हैं।
अभिषेक ने बताया कि दिनांक 01.04.2024 को वह शाम के लगभग 5.40 बजे नादेही मिल से बाजपुर को चले गये थे। दिनांक 2.04.2024 को प्रातः 8.45 पर वह अपने नादेही मिल स्थित आवास पर आये तो सामने का मुख्य दरवाजे पर ताला लगा हुआ था। ताला खोलकर कमरे के अन्दर गया तो देखा दो कमरों का सामान बिखरा हुआ था। उन्होंने अपने डबल बैड के अन्दर रखे ब्रीफकेस को चैक किया गया तो उसमें रखे उनके व उनकी पत्नी के सोने के आभूषण तथा नगद लगभग तीन लाख 50 हजार रुपये गायब थे। उन्होंने घर चेक किया तो घर के बाथरूम, टायलेट के रोशनदान की जाली व पल्ला टूटा हुआ था। किसी ने उनके घर में रखे आभूषण व नकदी चुरा ली है।
अभिषेक की तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने धारा 380/457 आईपीसी बनाम अज्ञात पंजीकृत कर उच्चाधिकारियों को बवगत कराया गया।
उक्त नकबजनी के अनावरण हेतु उनके (एसएसपी) द्वारा दिये गये दिशा-निर्देशो के क्रम में एसपी काशीपुर अभय सिंह एवं सीओ अनुषा वडोला के निर्देशन में प्रभारी निरीक्षक के नेतृत्व में तत्काल पुलिस टीम का गठन किया गया। पुलिस टीम द्वारा घटनास्थल का बारीकी से निरीक्षण कर घटनास्थल के आसपास पूछताछ कर सीसीटीवी कैमरों का अवलोकन कर मुखबिर तैनात किये गये।
उक्त आदेश के क्रम में जसपुर पुलिस टीम द्वारा त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए 6 घण्टे से भी कम समय में मुखबिर की सूचना पर मुख्य अभियंता अभिषेक कुमार के आवास में विगत 2 वर्षाे से चपरासी का कार्य करने वाले संदिग्ध रोहित कुमार (22 वर्ष) पुत्र छोटे सिंह निवासी ग्राम नादेही को पकडकर सख्ती से पूछताछ की गयी तो रोहित कुमार ने अपना जुर्म इकबाल कर लिया जिसके बाद पुलिस ने रोहित की निशानदेही पर नादेही स्थित अपने घर में रखी रजाई के अन्दर से चोरी का समस्त माल बरामद कर लिया गया।
उक्त बरामदगी के आधार पर अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार कर अभियोग में धारा 411 आईपीसी की बढ़ोत्तरी की गयी। 6 घण्टे से भी कम समय में मुकदमे से संबन्धित नकबजनी के 3 लाख पचास हजार रुपये नगद व लगभग 22.5 तोला सोना (कुल कीमत लगभग 20 लाख रुपये) बरामद कर चोरी का खुलासा करने पर क्षेत्रवासियों द्वारा पुलिस के कार्य की भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा की गयी। अभियुक्त के आपराधिक इतिहास के विषय में जानकारी की जा रही है।

1-मंगलसूत्र (पीली धातु) काले दाने सहित- 01 नग ।2-मंगलसूत्र (पीली धातु) छोटा (ट्रिपल चेन)- 01 नग।
3-मटर माला (पीली धातु) – 01 अदद।
4- हार (पीली धातु)- 01 अदद ।
5-कान के टॉप्स (पीली धातु)- 8 जोडी।
6-कान की झुमकी (पीली धातु)- 01 जोड़ी।
7-मांग टीका (पीली धातु)- 01 अदद।
8- अंगूठी (पीली धातु)- 01 अदद।
9 नथनी छोटी (पीली धातु)- 01 अदद।
10- चैन सिंगल लेयर (पीली धातु)- 04 अदद ।
11- चेन ट्रिपल लेयर (पीली धातु)- 01 अदद ।
12- सिक्का (पीली घातु व सफेद धातु मिक्स)- 01 अदद ।
13- सिक्के छोटे-बड़े (सफेद धातु) 03 अदद ।
14- छोटा नेकलेस (पीली धातु) 01 अदद, बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा की चेक बुक 01 अदद।
15-कुल 3,50,000/ रूपये नगद।
